MTN Uganda

MTN Uganda is the country's leading telecommunications company, a subsidiary of the MTN Group which connects approximately 232 million people across 22 countries in Africa and the Middle East. Launched in 1998, MTN Uganda provides mobile voice, data, fintech (MTN Mobile Money), enterprise, and wholesale services. The company employs over 1,000 staff and is listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange. MTN Uganda's Legal and Regulatory Affairs department manages telecommunications regulation, data protection compliance, contract negotiations, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
