NagaCorp Ltd. is a Hong Kong-listed leisure and hospitality company founded in 1995 and headquartered in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Its flagship property, NagaWorld, is Cambodia's largest integrated hotel and entertainment complex, located in the heart of Phnom Penh near the Royal Palace in Chamkarmon district. NagaCorp holds a 70-year gaming licence until 2065 and was the first Cambodian company to list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company's in-house legal team manages regulatory licensing, compliance with Cambodian gaming laws, commercial contracts, employment law, and cross-border corporate governance matters.
