NLB (Nova Ljubljanska Banka d.d.) is Slovenia's largest banking and financial group, headquartered at Trg republike 2 in Ljubljana's Center district, the iconic Trg republike square flanked by the Slovenian Parliament (Državni zbor) and the Cankarjev dom cultural centre. The legal team also manages cross-border subsidiary governance, group-wide compliance programmes, and complex litigation before Slovenian commercial courts.
