Omantel (Oman Telecommunications Company) is the Sultanate's leading telecommunications provider, headquartered in the Al Mawaleh area of Muscat. As a publicly listed company on the Muscat Stock Exchange and majority government-owned, Omantel provides fixed-line, mobile, broadband, and enterprise ICT services. Its legal and regulatory affairs division handles telecom licensing, spectrum allocation disputes, data protection compliance, and commercial contracts across Oman and its international subsidiaries.
