Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) is the national telecommunication company of Pakistan, providing telephone, broadband internet, and digital television services nationwide. Originally established as the Posts & Telegraph Department in 1949, PTCL was formally reconstituted in 1996. Headquartered in Islamabad, PTCL is one of the largest employers in Pakistan and has a significant in-house legal department handling regulatory, commercial, and corporate matters.
