Qatar Energy (formerly Qatar Petroleum) is the state-owned petroleum company of Qatar and one of the world's largest producers of liquefied natural gas (LNG). Headquartered in Doha's West Bay district, Qatar Energy manages all phases of the oil and gas industry in Qatar, from exploration and production to refining, transport, and marketing.
