Sciaroni & Associates is a pioneering law firm in Cambodia, founded in 1993 and headquartered in the Chamkarmon district of Phnom Penh. The firm negotiated the first foreign investment in Cambodia under the 1994 foreign investment law and has contributed to drafting laws and regulations for Cambodian governmental institutions. Founder Bretton Sciaroni was named Legal Advisor to the Royal Government by Royal Decree in 1996, and the firm advises leading multinational corporations on capital markets, infrastructure, banking, energy, real estate, and government relations.
