Stanbic Bank Uganda

Stanbic Bank Uganda Limited is the largest commercial bank in Uganda by assets, and a subsidiary of the Standard Bank Group, Africa's largest banking group. The bank was originally established in 1906 as the National Bank of India and was renamed Stanbic Bank in 1991. Stanbic Uganda operates over 80 branches across all regions of the country and is listed on the Uganda Securities Exchange. The bank's Legal and Compliance division handles regulatory matters, contract management, litigation, anti-money laundering, and corporate governance.
