Telia Lietuva is Lithuania's largest telecommunications and IT company, headquartered at Saltoniškių g. 7A in Vilnius's Šnipiškės business district, within the modern commercial quarter near the Lithuanian Government offices and Vilnius TV Tower. A subsidiary of Swedish Telia Company AB and listed on Nasdaq Vilnius, Telia Lietuva employs approximately 3,000 people and serves over 1.5 million customers with mobile, fixed-line, internet, and television services, along with a rapidly growing IT and cloud services division. The in-house legal and regulatory affairs team handles the full spectrum of telecommunications regulation under Elektroninių ryšių įstatymas (Electronic Communications Act) and oversight by the Communications Regulatory Authority (Ryšių reguliavimo tarnyba, RRT), competition law compliance, GDPR and e-privacy regulation for massive customer data holdings, consumer protection, media regulation for IPTV and content services, procurement for network infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance under the EU NIS2 Directive and Lithuanian Kibernetinio saugumo įstatymas (Cybersecurity Act), and employment law under Darbo kodeksas (Labour Code). Telia Lietuva is also investing heavily in 5G deployment and fibre-optic network expansion across Lithuania.
