Dentons Caracas is hiring a Corporate Pasante based in Caracas, Venezuela. A pasantia with a global firm's corporate practice. Unpaid academic pasantia; approximately 12 to 16 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Assist with corporate and commercial documentation
- Research cross-border transaction questions
- Support due-diligence exercises

- 4th or 5th-year Derecho student
