Job Description

• Preparing legal documents
• Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases and departmental inquiries.
• Liaising with relevant authorities..
• Assist the legal team in managing compliance-related documentation and processes.
• Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the legal department.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or another related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated legal research skills with the ability to analyze case.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and review.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to supporting the legal team.
