STAGE 2027 - Stagiaire Prévention Ethique et Conformité Resources Humaines/HR Intern – Ethics and Compliance Prevention (h/f)

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stagiaire Ethique et Conformité pour les Ressources Humaines  (F/H) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus sur son site de Blagnac Wings Campus.

Parce que l’intégrité est une de vos valeurs clés et que vous souhaitez contribuer à renforcer la culture Ethics & Compliance d’Airbus, vous rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein du département  « Ethique et Conformité - Ressources Humaines » en charge de la prévention et du traitement des alertes sur le sujet du harcèlement, de la discrimination et du non respect des procédures RH.

Vous participerez aux différentes activités de ce département en apportant vos connaissances et compétences en matière de Ressources Humaines et/ou Éthique et Conformité.

Ce stage débutera en Février 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois, en fonction de votre formation .

Vos principales missions consisteront à : 
 

 Encadré par votre tuteur/tutrice, vous développerez vos compétences en participant activement  aux  activités internationales suivantes : 

• Accompagnement du changement pour développer les connaissances des employés en matière de prévention du harcèlement et de la discrimination

• Contribution au plan de prévention 2027 : 
• Adapter et optimiser le matériel existant pour le rendre accessible aux différents pays dans le monde (adaptation du canal de diffusion/ ajustement des formats…)

• Suivre  l’avancée du plan de prévention à l’échelle globale et soutenir la création de nouveaux supports de prévention

• Venir en appui ponctuel aux différents groupes de travail liés à la Prévention

• Support à la réalisation et au suivi des plans de communication ciblés

• Contribution pour la mise en place d’un système de mentoring auprès des enquêteurs occasionnels

 Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 5 dans le domaine des ressources humaines ou ingénierie pédagogique ou compliance/conformité en vue d’obtenir votre diplôme de  Master.. 

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes : 

• ·         Vous êtes rigoureux(se), curieux(se), agile et autonome
• ·         Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités d’organisation, vos aptitudes d’analyse, de rédaction et de synthèse et votre capacité à traiter des données confidentielles
• ·         Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe
• ·         Vous êtes capable de communiquer en anglais dans un contexte international

·         Compétences linguistiques :

• Anglais  :  négociation
• Francais : un plus, mais pas obligatoire

An internship opportunity titled "Human Resources Ethics & Compliance Intern (M/F)" has just opened at Airbus, based at the Blagnac Wings Campus.

Since integrity is one of your core values ​​and you wish to help strengthen Airbus’s Ethics & Compliance culture, you will join a 30-person team within the "Human Resources Ethics & Compliance" department. This team is responsible for preventing and handling reports regarding harassment, discrimination, and non-compliance with HR procedures.

You will participate in the department's various activities, contributing your knowledge and skills in Human Resources and/or Ethics & Compliance.

This internship will begin in February 2027 and last for 6 months, depending on your academic program.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Under the guidance of your mentor, you will develop your skills by actively participating in the following international activities:

Change management to build employee awareness regarding the prevention of harassment and discrimination

Contribution to the 2027 prevention plan:

• Adapting and optimizing existing materials to make them accessible to various countries worldwide (adapting distribution channels, adjusting formats, etc.)
• Monitoring the progress of the prevention plan globally and supporting the creation of new prevention resources
• Providing ad-hoc support to various prevention-related working groups
• Supporting the development and monitoring of targeted communication plans
• Contributing to the implementation of a mentoring system for occasional investigators

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are pursuing a Master’s-level degree (5 years of higher education) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Compliance.

You possess the following knowledge and skills:

You are meticulous, curious, agile, and autonomous·        

·         You are recognized for your organizational, analytical, writing, and synthesis skills, as well as your ability to handle confidential data
·         You are a team player

·         You are capable of communicating in English within an international context

·         Language skills:

• English: Negotiation level
• French: A plus, but not mandatory
