The opportunity

Join our Legal & Integrity team and help support business operations through legal guidance, contract management, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in corporate law, compliance, and contract negotiation who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and international environment. You will gain exposure to complex legal matters, contribute to integrity and governance initiatives, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while supporting business growth.

How you'll make an impact

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts under appropriate guidance.
  • Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of corporate documents and regulatory filings.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance and integrity programs.
  • Help ensure adherence to corporate integrity requirements, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and conflict of interest policies.
  • Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Support internal investigations related to business conduct and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on legal matters in Colombia.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.
  • Provide practical legal guidance to support business activities and decision-making.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

  • Degree in Law with a valid professional license to practice.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, compliance, contract analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contractual law.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
