Accountabilities:

The Advogado(a) Contencioso Trabalhista will be responsible for managing labor litigation activities, ensuring high-quality legal support and effective case management. Key responsibilities include:

• Acting in labor law matters across all procedural phases, from initial analysis to final proceedings.
• Developing procedural strategies based on case information, legal documents, and client objectives.
• Preparing legal submissions and execution-related documents, including calculation challenges, motions, appeals, and other applicable procedural measures.
• Reviewing publications, hearing records, and legal communications while managing deadlines effectively.
• Monitoring case progress and updating internal and client systems with relevant information.
• Preparing hearings by requesting documents, gathering supporting materials, and coordinating necessary actions.
• Participating in labor hearings and supporting client representation before labor courts.
• Analyzing decisions, judgments, and court rulings to prepare appropriate legal strategies and appeals.
• Contributing to efficient legal operations through organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a legal professional with experience in labor litigation, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex legal matters independently. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Solid knowledge of Labor Law, Labor Procedure Law, and Civil Procedure Law.
• Experience working as a labor litigation attorney.
• Ability to analyze legal information, documents, judgments, and court decisions.
• Strong skills in developing procedural strategies and identifying the best legal approaches.
• Experience preparing legal petitions, appeals, and procedural documents.
• Knowledge of mediation techniques and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills for deadline management and case control.
• Critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Postgraduate specialization in Labor Law is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with legal technology platforms and digital tools.
