    • Monitor deadline records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, proactively identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies.

    • Use judicial case management systems, including PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc, to access case information and support deadline management activities.

    • Maintain organized and reliable records to support workflow efficiency and reduce the risk of missed or incorrectly scheduled deadlines.

    • Communicate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to clarify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure appropriate distribution of procedural tasks.

    • Support legal operations in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to established procedures.

    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Law and an active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).

      • Practical knowledge of Brazilian procedural law, particularly the rules governing procedural deadlines under the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC).

      • Experience reviewing and interpreting court publications, judicial notifications, and court orders.

      • Familiarity with electronic judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, and eproc.

      • Previous experience working in a high-volume litigation or legal case management environment.

      • Experience communicating with clients, suppliers, lawyers, consumers, or other third parties to clarify information and resolve requests.

      • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including filters, tables, and formulas.

      • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring correct dates, classifications, and case associations.

      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a methodical, responsible, and proactive approach to work.

      • Ability to identify errors and inconsistencies, exercise sound judgment, and maintain accuracy under time pressure.

      • Clear communication and collaboration skills, particularly when coordinating with internal legal and operational teams.

      • Benefits:

        • Remote working arrangement.

        • Temporary employment arrangement with an indefinite term and the possibility of permanent employment, subject to the original hiring conditions.

        • Meal or food allowance (vale-refeição).

        • Home office allowance.

        • Medical assistance with co-payment.

        • Childcare assistance.

        • Support for Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) fees.
