Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista Jurídico Trabalhista / Controladoria – SEM OAB based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary legal environment focused on corporate legal services and technology-driven solutions. You will support labor-related legal operations through data analysis, reporting, and information management. The position combines legal knowledge with a strong focus on organization, control, and operational efficiency. You will work with high volumes of information, consolidating data and transforming it into clear reports and relevant indicators. Your work will contribute to better visibility of legal portfolios, risks, and business decisions. The role is suited to someone who is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a technology-enabled legal environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Prepare labor litigation contingency reports, consolidating relevant legal and financial information.
    • Present numbers, indicators, and analytical information to support legal and management decisions.
    • Organize, consolidate, and maintain data used by the legal control function.
    • Provide strategic support in the preparation of general reports and analyses.
    • Enter, update, and maintain information accurately within internal legal management systems.
    • Monitor and control system inputs to ensure data completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
    • Analyze and consolidate high volumes of information from different sources.
    • Consult and manage information available through court websites and legal systems.
    • Support operational and management activities related to labor legal portfolios.
    • Contribute to process organization and continuous improvement through accurate data management and structured reporting.
    • Requirements

      • Currently pursuing a Law degree or holding a Law degree without an active OAB registration is required.
      • Previous experience in labor law activities and familiarity with labor-related legal processes.
      • Experience working in law firms is preferred.
      • Familiarity with court websites, judicial systems, and online legal research platforms.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
      • Experience handling a high volume of daily demands while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
      • Ability to manage operational and administrative legal activities in an organized and efficient manner.
      • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret, consolidate, and present information clearly.
      • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Innovative mindset, autonomy, and strong self-management capabilities.
      • Ability to prioritize competing demands and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
