Analyst, Corporate Compliance

About this role

The Analyst, Employee Compliance, supports the administration and monitoring of the firm's Employee Compliance Program. This role is responsible for overseeing employee adherence to personal trading, account disclosures, Gifts & Entertainment (G&E), Outside Business Activities (OBA), certifications, and related compliance requirements. The Analyst will partner with employees, Compliance, Legal, HR, and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory obligations and internal policies are met while delivering a best-in-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Trading & Account Monitoring

• Review employee brokerage and investment account disclosures.
• Assess accounts for appropriate classification, monitoring requirements, and policy applicability.
• Monitor personal trading activities and investigate potential policy violations.
• Review account statements, trade confirmations, pre-clearance activities, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct outreach with employees and brokers to obtain information and remediate compliance gaps.
