Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily regulatory scanning, maintain the regulatory matrix, prepare gap analysis drafts, and support regulatory socialization activities.
  • Perform initial compliance reviews of marketing materials, press releases, and social media content using established compliance checklists.
  • Support compliance projects, including the development and enhancement of regulatory compliance systems.
  • Assist in compliance awareness and training initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating with stakeholders, organizing events, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for monitoring social media activities conducted by the company, and affiliated parties to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Assist in monitoring Conflict of Interest (COI) declarations submitted through the designated system, including tracking declaration status, following up with relevant reviewers and employees, maintaining declaration records, and supporting the timely completion of the end-to-end COI review process in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or final-year Law student (thesis stage only) from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, research, or organizational experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical, research, communication, and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work full-time from the office (Setiabudi, South Jakarta) and commit to a 6-month internship period.
  • Available to join ASAP.
