Position Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain all NASBA-required documentation for Alliance learning programs, including attendance records, program agendas, technical reviews, speaker bios, and evaluation summaries.
- Serve as a training producer for virtual training through Zoom and Conferences io to ensure programs are educational, engaging, technically sound, and user-friendly, leading to a successful learning experience for team members.
- Issue CPE and Canadian CPD certificates for eligible Alliance participants, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Issue CPE certificates for internal Aprio training sessions by analyzing participant records of completion.
- Collaborate with Talent Development and the program managers for Alliance to ensure all training programs have the required NASBA/CPE documentation.
- Coordinate with Specialists to validate compliance data and ensure dashboards reflect accurate Alliance program status.
- Support scheduling and logistics for Alliance compliance-related training sessions, including setting up sessions in Conferences io, roster management and learner communications.
- Collect and organize evaluation survey results for Alliance programs; assist with compiling data for reporting and audit purposes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline compliance documentation processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Identify and implement improvements in compliance tracking, such as automation or dashboard enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training modules for facilitators and staff on compliance best practices.
- Assist with various compliance requests such as adding new licenses, license renewals, external credit approvals and reporting.
- Take on special projects such as preparing for external audits, supporting new credentialing initiatives, or piloting new compliance tools.
- Assist with various course coordination and administration tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in compliance documentation, audit preparation, or learning operations within a professional services or credentialing environment.
- 2+ years proficiency with learning systems such as LCvista and tools for tracking attendance, evaluations, and certificates.
- 2+ years strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple documentation streams simultaneously.
- 2+ years collaborative mindset with a commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and operational excellence in a fast-paced team environment.
- 2+ years familiarity with NASBA/CPE standards and professional licensing workflows (e.g., CPA, CFP, PMP).
- Bachelor’s Degree: Education, Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
