About your team

Regulatory Reporting is a department within the Client Servicing Platform (CSP) responsible for submitting various regulatory and client reports in EMEA and APAC, Fidelity’s regulatory reporting obligations such as PRIIPS, UCITS, SFDR, AIFMD, MMFR, SDR, EET, EPT, EMT, CCI and other global Fund disclosure and Sustainability reporting.

It is a global team based in Dublin, Dalian and Gurgaon.

About your role

Assistant Manager – Global Regulatory Reporting

  • Support the Regulatory Reporting Associate Director and wider team in the delivery of regulatory reporting and disclosure obligations, including PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs and other regulatory reporting requirements, helping to ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting for clients and regulators.
  • Partner with colleagues in Gurgaon and Dalian to provide oversight, guidance and support, promoting consistent processes, strong controls and effective collaboration across global teams.
  • Review and oversee regulatory reporting outputs, performing data quality checks and resolving issues to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the regulatory reporting operating model by identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls and increase efficiency through automation and standardisation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Technology and Operations to support regulatory change, business initiatives and ongoing reporting activities.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assist with the implementation of new requirements, ensuring reporting processes remain effective and fit for purpose.
  • Support governance, management information and reporting activities, providing meaningful insights that support oversight, informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the regulatory reporting function.

Due to the nature of the function there may be a requirement to cover some public holidays throughout the year.

About you

You will have a strong understanding of investment fund regulatory reporting and disclosure requirements, including PRIIPs KIDs, UCITS KIIDs and other regulatory reporting obligations. You will have experience operating within a controlled regulatory environment, with a focus on data quality, oversight and risk management. The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, work effectively with global teams, including colleagues in offshore global locations, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a high standard of reporting accuracy and regulatory compliance.
