Job Description

The overall mission/objective of the organisation.

  • AMIEO Legal function support.
  • Budgeting and supporting the Legal team on Financial Reporting.
  • Coordination of Anti-Trust Training program.    
  • Travel and expenses management for Legal team.
  • Customer / Training / Internal Survey for Legal function. General administrative support for the Legal Team.
  • Management of Legal BIC and related SharePoint (including liaison with IT).
  • Management of supplier memberships.

CORE SKILLS

•           Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and SharePoint; comfortable building trackers, dashboards, and presentation materials.

•           Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with lawyers, stakeholders, IT, Finance, and external suppliers across the AMIEO region.

•           Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and reporting cycles without close supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across cultures, time zones, and seniority levels.
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting processes.
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential legal, financial, and personnel information.
