Basic Qualifications:聽

  • 2+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably at a major national law firm

  • Admitted to the bar in good standing
  • A strong work ethic and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  • U.S. work authorization required. FT Partners will not sponsor applicants for work visas at application or in the future.聽

Preferred Qualifications:聽

  • Exposure to financial services, FinTech, or investment banking
  • Familiarity with M&A and capital markets
  • Prior in-house experience at a financial institution or technology company
