Banking & Finance Solicitor - Arthur Cox
Arthur Cox is recruiting an experienced Banking and Finance Solicitor to join our award-winning finance team in Dublin. You will work on major lending transactions, structured finance, and capital markets deals for Irish and international banks, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers.
The role is based at our Earlsfort Terrace offices and involves advising on transactions regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland and the European Central Bank. You will gain experience across leveraged finance, real estate finance, and fund finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated lending facilities
- Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and intercreditor arrangements
- Advise on Central Bank of Ireland regulatory requirements
- Support capital markets transactions including debt issuances
- Conduct due diligence on banking and finance transactions

Requirements
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
- 4-6 years PQE in banking and finance law
- Knowledge of LMA documentation standards
- Understanding of Central Bank of Ireland and ECB regulatory frameworks
- Strong academic record and Law Society of Ireland membership
- Experience with ISDA and derivatives documentation is an advantage
