The Opportunity

A newly created role to support our continued growth, an opportunity is now available for a Bids & Contracts Specialist to join our team in Sydney. Working closely with the Bids & Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of tender submissions and contract management activities across Australia & New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality, compliant tender responses for public and private healthcare customers across Australia & New Zealand
• Assisting in the management of public contract lifecycles, including contract awards, extensions, variations, pricing queries and contract governance activities
• Contributing to pre-tender planning by gathering market intelligence, supporting opportunity assessments and coordinating stakeholders to position the business for success
• Building strong relationships with internal teams and external healthcare procurement stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration and customer service
• Maintaining accurate tender and contract documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

About You

• Degree qualified with minimum 3 years’ experience in a tendering and contracts management role, experience within a large complex organisation within medical devices is highly regarded
• Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive with a consultative approach, and the capacity to engage and work with cross functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders across all levels
• Ability to multi-task, manage complexities and work well under pressure
