Qualifications

We are currently seeking a 4th-6th year associate to join a Boston Business Law Department, specializing in debt finance. Work includes representing lenders in all aspects of various secured and unsecured lending transactions, arrangers and private equity firms in syndicated loan financings of leveraged buyouts, mezzanine and second lien financings, public and private high-yield debt, and generally supporting the corporate, finance and M&A practices.  Prior real estate finance experience is preferred.
