(CAN) Inbound Compliance Associate (TUE - SAT 4:00PM to 12:30AM)

Position Summary...

Complete administrative processes to research and capture Inbound Non-Compliance data in an accurate and timely manner. Promote/Train DC team to understand the Inbound Compliance process and ensure forms are filled out accordingly.

 

 

What you'll do...

1. Actively present on Receiving Docks to audit Inbound Loads, confirm compliance standards are met and forms are filled out if loads are found to be Non-compliant.

2. Complete research and data entry for PO, Supplier Manual and Late/ No show Non-Compliance.

3. Research freight that has been deemed as “Problem” and communicates resolution (receive/ return).

4. Print and prepare paperwork and/or freight for receipt, donation, destruction, or return to vendor.

5. Attend DC “start ups” to communicate IBC updates and raise awareness of IBC/Cost Recovery program. Train associates to understand the Inbound Compliance/Cost recovery program.

6. Create and distribute Remedy / Excel Reports as required.

7. Research, add, and activate PO lines as required in WM system (Host).

8. Support other DCs (HVDC, PDC & RDC) within the local region as required.

The rate of pay for this position starts from $26.40/hr.
