The Opportunity

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000. Hybrid schedule.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in the handling of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

• Review of title commitments and surveys, summarize underlying exceptions, identify title and survey issues, and work with attorneys, title companies and surveyors to resolve, including preparation of a title memos and recommended endorsements and affirmative insurance.
• Review and summarize leases and diligence reports.
• Order and review UCC and tax lien search reports judgment/lien/bankruptcy searches, good standing certificates.
• Prepare basic corporate formation documents for real estate entities, including resolutions and consents for real estate transactions.
• Prepare, maintain and track closing checklists and timelines.
• Prepare miscellaneous closing documents.
• Review estoppel certificates and SNDAs.
• Coordinate and organize documents for multi-state and multi-asset transactions.
• Follow up on and organization of post-closing items including recorded documents and post-closing requirements.
