Job Description
Empresas Polar is hiring a Compliance Manager based in Caracas, Venezuela. Build and run the compliance programme for a major consumer-goods group.
Responsibilities
- Lead anti-corruption and AML compliance
- Advise on the Ley Organica contra la Delincuencia Organizada
- Manage third-party and contract risk
- Deliver compliance training across the group
Requirements
- Licenciatura en Derecho from an accredited Venezuelan university.
- Admission as an abogado (registered with a Colegio de Abogados and INPREABOGADO).
- 5+ years in compliance
- English; certifications a plus
