As a Compliance Resource Center professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice and solutions. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will facilitate adherence to ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity, developing and implementing policies and procedures to validate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and mentoring others. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward is unclear, using these moments as opportunities to grow and enhance your strengths.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conducting compliance risk assessments and monitoring adherence to ethical standards
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks
- Building meaningful client connections and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Designing and delivering compliance training programs to promote a culture of integrity
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute compliance oversight and review processes
- Engaging in investigative decision-making to address compliance issues and challenges
- Supporting the development of corporate compliance programs and risk management strategies
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
