Job Description

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

This is a full time, Maternity Cover position until October 2027. Working days, Monday – Friday, 39 hours per week.

As a Compliance Specialist t you will serve within the client environment to support their technical and analytical tasks, to work to the highest standards in terms of quality and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities that you be covering:

  • You will serve as the subject matter expert for change controls and nonconformances, overseeing shelf‑life extensions, NPIs, terminations, equipment introductions, and specification updates.
  • You will interpret analytical data with strong scientific rigour, ensuring high‑quality results in collaboration with senior onsite colleagues.
  • You will drive process improvements by proactively identifying optimisation opportunities and communicating them to PSS Management to enhance efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
  • You will present technical data clearly to customers and stakeholders, participating in role‑related meetings and supporting client interactions with regulatory authorities and industry groups.
  • You will collaborate across teams and sites, building strong partnerships, maintaining alignment with SOPs and official documentation, and ensuring effective communication between the client and Eurofins.
  • You will review and approve documentation promptly, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, well‑organised, and appropriately communicated and filed.

Qualifications

What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an Compliance Specialist

  • You will hold a scientific qualification at third‑level in a science or data‑analytics discipline.
  • You will have regulated‑environment experience with GMP exposure strongly preferred.
  • You will have change‑control expertise and be comfortable managing associated quality workflows.
  • You will have COMET system familiarity, which is desirable but not essential for success in the role.
  • You will hold strong analytical skills enabling effective interpretation of technical data and documentation.
  • You will have excellent communication abilities to collaborate across teams and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.
