This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Administrator based in United States.
This role supports the administration and organization of supplier contracts throughout their full lifecycle.
You鈥檒l coordinate agreements from routing and approval through execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.
The position plays an important role in maintaining accurate, accessible, and compliant contract records.
You鈥檒l collaborate with procurement, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep contractual activities moving efficiently.
The role combines document management, deadline tracking, reporting, compliance support, and process coordination.
It offers an opportunity to improve contract-management processes and contribute to operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

Coordinate the routing, approval, execution, filing, renewal, amendment, and termination of supplier agreements and related documentation.

Monitor contract expiration dates and renewal timelines, proactively communicating upcoming deadlines and required actions.

Maintain contract repositories, document-management platforms, tracking systems, metadata, exhibits, pricing schedules, and supporting documentation.

Support supplier onboarding and implementation activities associated with newly executed agreements.

Ensure contract records remain accurate, complete, accessible, organized, and current throughout the contract lifecycle.

Establish and maintain standardized document-management and filing practices.

Conduct routine audits of contract files to identify discrepancies, missing information, or compliance issues.

Assist stakeholders in locating agreements, pricing schedules, participation forms, and other contract-related information.

Track supplier obligations, reporting requirements, contractual commitments, and key administrative milestones.

Monitor contract-management KPIs, dashboards, status reports, execution timelines, renewal pipelines, and repository accuracy.

Support compliance reviews, audits, governance initiatives, system enhancements, and contract-management technology improvements.

Coordinate communications concerning contract updates, renewals, amendments, and agreement launches.

Identify and escalate contract risks, discrepancies, missing documentation, and other issues requiring attention.

Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, Legal Studies, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal operations, supplier management, or a related function.

Experience in healthcare, supply chain, procurement, group purchasing, or contract-management environments is preferred.

Experience maintaining contract repositories or document-management systems.

Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad, Salesforce CRM, or Microsoft SharePoint is preferred.

Working knowledge of contract terminology, supplier onboarding, contract compliance, and contract governance practices is advantageous.

Strong organizational, project coordination, and document-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate contractual records.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and activities in an organized, dependable manner.

Sound judgment when identifying discrepancies, missing information, compliance concerns, or issues requiring escalation.
