As a Contract Manager (Responsable de Gestión de Contratos ) you will:

Key responsibilities:

  • Follow and ensure on time, on quality and on cost the execution of contracts related to new helicopters and its after sales services (including maintenance).

  • Coordinate and follow execution of tasks and activities with MRO center and Airbus Training Academy.

  • Report to top management the status of complex contracts.

  • Manage internal, external and transnational stakeholders including contract reviews with customers.

  • Coordinate with headquarters to prepare aircraft orders according to the sale contracts.

  • Prepare final delivery of aircraft including preparation of certificates and related contractual documentation.

  • Support offers preparation and the build of commercial balances for after sale services including maintenance inspections and retrofit.

  • Support commercial and finance departments for the invoicing process.

  • Follow up and conduct lessons learned related to contracts in execution.

  • Collaborate with delivery surveys & customer satisfaction action plans.

  • Foster continuous improvement within commercial and transversal processes.

Requirements: 

  • Experience in aeronautical industry & project management.

  • Financial proficiency.

  • Industrial, Aeronautical or Commercial engineering degree.

  • Spanish and English mandatory (to be tested during the interview process).

  • Proactive, high communication, organization and multi-tasking skills.

Contract type: 

  • Permanent contract

  • 40 working hours per week

  • On-site in La Reina
