Job Description

We are looking for a Detail-Oriented Contract Reviewer (m/f/d) to join our global risk management team in Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in reviewing contracts, advising management on related risks and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The individual can be based in Poland.

  • Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including Professional Services Agreements, NDAs, MSAs and SOWs 

  • Support business teams across Europe in negotiations of contracts with clients 

  • Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and provide expert advice to senior management on potential risks and legal implications 

  • Manage and monitor different types of contracts throughout their lifecycle 

  • Work closely with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations 

  • Conduct thorough compliance checks on all contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards 

  • Helping operational teams manage risk, resolve issues efficiently, and accelerate contract completion 

  • Support in the change process and post-contract management 

  • Develop detailed reports and presentations to inform stakeholders about contract status, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Stay up-to-date on changes in contract law and best practices in the industry, and apply this knowledge to improve contract review processes. 

Qualifications

  • Completed law degree (LL.M,) or equivalent legal qualification/experience 

  • Proven experience in legal/contract work such as contract review, redlining, negotiation, preferably in the construction sector or professional services consulting 

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) 

  • Fluent language skills (oral and written) in English, German and Polish

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal documents 

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders 

  • Thorough knowledge of contract law and industry best practices and required to have good knowledge of Polish law

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast-paced consulting environment 

  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation 

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment 

  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of contract law and risk management
