The position will be reported to Director, Distribution Compliance and Monitoring and to support the Distribution Compliance and Assurance team to handle tasks relating to (i) monitoring such as Mystery Shopping, social media monitoring and investigation and other KPIs and (iii) assurance review.Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor the social media monitoring including investigation and respective follow up actions
Oversee and review the social media monitoring
Enhance the monitoring keywords
Escalate and report the social media issue
2. Arrange for the mystery shopping related to social media monitoring and other ad hoc cases Conduct investigation on the social media cases
Arrange for the mystery shopping
Conduct investigation on the identified cases
Communicate with key stakeholders
Report the investigation results
3. Conduct monitoring on other KPIs and compliance checks
Develop and maintain the periodic monitoring and reporting mechanism and SOP
Develop and ongoing enhance the periodic monitoring KPIs
Communicate the monitoring findings to key stakeholders
Monitor the remedial actions.
4. Conduct Assurance Reviews
Develop TORs for reviews and communicate with key stakeholders
Conduct the compliance assurance reviews and sampling
Prepare the review reports
Monitor the remedial actions
Report review results and status of remedial actions in relevant management reporting
Escalate any overdue remedial actions.
5. Provide full support for the team in ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines;
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compliance/investigation/audit/risk/insurance/banking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Excellent writing skill in both English and Chinese
Strong analytical and investigation skill
Good knowledge in social media platforms (for example, facebook/ Wechat)
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
Good in Mandarin
