Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Coordinate the administrative onboarding of newly awarded government contracts, ensuring projects, documentation, and internal systems are established accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain contract records within Unanet, including projects, labor categories (LCATs), assignments, funding levels, option years, and contract status updates.
  • Monitor contract utilization, funding, and burn reporting while supporting operational reporting and resource planning.
  • Maintain contract documentation, modifications, option exercises, closeout documentation, and supporting files within SharePoint and other internal repositories.
  • Manage the lifecycle of subcontract agreements, teaming agreements, and related contractual documents in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing contract administration activities to ensure compliance with contractual requirements throughout the period of performance.
  • Coordinate Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) activities in partnership with the Director of Client Success and the VP of Strategic Growth and Solutions.
  • Track contract option periods, key milestones, compliance requirements, and renewal deadlines while proactively communicating upcoming actions.
  • Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) function by coordinating personnel security activities, security clearance processing, reinvestigations, and annual security training requirements.
  • Assist with personnel security administration and related compliance activities in accordance with applicable government security regulations.
  • Support ISO compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation, assisting with audits, and promoting adherence to company quality management processes.
  • Coordinate Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other compliance documentation requested by customers, subcontractors, and business partners.
  • Maintain the company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library by drafting, organizing, updating, and publishing policies and procedures.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Client Success and cross-functional leadership to support operational excellence and organizational compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, documentation standards, and operational workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of business operations and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in government contracting, contract administration, compliance, operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Experience working with contract management or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; Unanet experience is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management platforms.
  • Understanding of federal contracting concepts including contract modifications, option periods, subcontract administration, and contract documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Familiarity with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) requirements and Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting personnel security clearance processing and reinvestigations.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality management systems or similar compliance frameworks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence and process efficiency.
