About the role
The IT Contracts Management Specialist is a member of Avery Dennison’s global IT Sourcing and Vendor Management (ITSVM) Shared Services team. You will work with stakeholders in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, focusing on strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, contract drafting, and providing support to IT Sourcing Managers across all types of IT contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Balance time between daily operation activities and assigned strategic projects, ensuring on-site/hybrid requirements are met in Vinhedo.
Deliver high-value, global IT sourcing strategies, including market analysis, RFx vendor evaluation, cost forecasts, and negotiation strategy.
Negotiate contracts, draft commercial terms, facilitate approvals, and manage post-execution contract systems of record and renewals.
Support the deployment of consistent vendor management processes, leading annual executive reviews and monitoring vendor performance.
Partner cross-functionally and cross-regionally with global stakeholders, IT Sourcing Managers, and finance teams to identify optimization opportunities.
Experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, and drafting/negotiating IT contracts (6+ years preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in business or technology
Strong project and process management skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors and independent tasks.
Solid written and oral communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
Deep understanding of enterprise IT operations paired with a strong sense of accountability and collaboration.
