Contracts ManagerEmployment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support聽CGS is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements while meticulously negotiating and finalizing new contracts. This role requires expertise in contract management to ensure compliance and optimize terms for both existing and upcoming contracts聽CGS brings motivated, highly skilled, and creative people together to solve the government鈥檚 most dynamic problems with cutting-edge technology. Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.聽Skills and attributes for success:-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks, adhering to contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and applicable laws -聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities for assigned contracts, offering guidance to internal teams, throughout every stage of the contract lifecycle-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Independently review complex contract actions at all stages of the contract lifecycle, developing and implementing tactical plans to address risks and seize opportunities.-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with the Business Development Team, Client Success Team, and Human Resources Team to tackle complex contract administration and proposal challenges-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for contracts, providing expert guidance and resolution on complex contract issues and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for various Government contracts, including RFP analysis, hands-on proposal development and review, draft terms and conditions, coordinate internal reviews, contract negotiation, and manage contract/task order execution-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Regularly engage with contracts and procurement staff, functional peers, program management, and both external and internal customers through written and oral communication-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Accurately and promptly enter contract data into various systems, monitor updates, resolve discrepancies in contract documents, and ensure data quality and accuracy-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.聽Qualifications:-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree-聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience managing various contract types and solicitation types-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of Federal Contracting guidelines-聽聽聽聽聽聽 3+ years of experience in supporting Federal clients-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance-聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven expertise with MS Outlook, Excel, and Teams聽Our Commitment:Contact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
