Northrop Grumman Australia (NGA) is hiring a Contracts Manager to support high-profile Defence sustainment programs. This is a high-impact, commercially strategic role partnering directly with the Commonwealth on complex, mission-critical work.

What you鈥檒l be doing

  • Lead contract management, performance and compliance
  • Prepare and negotiate CCPs and S&Qs
  • Provide clear, risk-balanced commercial advice
  • Partner with Commonwealth stakeholders and internal teams
  • Support contract reviews, negotiations and deliverables

What you鈥檒l bring

  • Experience in Defence contracts (ASDEFCON highly regarded)
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with CCPs, S&Qs or complex contract changes
  • Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving capability
  • Ability to influence and lead within program teams
  • Must hold or be eligible for AGSVA clearance (Baseline/NV1).
