Qualifications

We are seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join a dynamic corporate practice. 

The ideal candidate will have significant sophisticated M&A transaction experience, including consistent and demonstrated experience in a leading role structuring, drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements. Candidates must have 5-7 years at a major law firm focused on private and/or public M&A. Cross border experience is helpful, but not required.
