Job Description

**Responsibilities:**

  • Review, draft, and negotiate agreements for purchasing, sales, finance, and services departments
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for managing day-to-day legal activities
  • Support external counsel in litigation matters, including case analysis and strategy development
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and prepare detailed litigation reports
  • Perform legal research and analysis on contract-related matters and regulatory requirements
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and compliance issues
  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives and risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintain organized legal documentation and contract records for easy retrieval and audit purposes
  • Prepare legal memoranda and opinions on contractual and litigation issues

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

**Essential Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited institution

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Postgraduate qualification in Litigation, Civil Procedural Law, or Contracts
  • Proficiency in English at intermediate level or above, with demonstrated ability to draft and review complex legal documentation
