- 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business operations, or a comparable role, ideally within legal services, professional services, or a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to independently lead ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives from problem identification and diagnosis through solution design and implementation.
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives without sacrificing quality or deadlines.
- Experience developing and maintaining trusted operational reporting frameworks covering SLAs, productivity, quality, error rates, case completion, or similar performance indicators.
- Experience partnering with product and technical teams to define requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and manage projects through execution.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar or complex subject areas, including California court filing and Service of Process requirements.
