Qualifications

An Energy and Infrastructure Group is seeking a senior-level (6+ years) associate to join their New York or Washington DC office. Candidates should have law firm experience focusing on natural gas regulatory, compliance and/or enforcement matters. The candidate should have excellent research and writing capabilities, backed by strong academic credentials. Familiarity with the National Environmental Policy Act, energy infrastructure development and ratemaking is a plus. The successful candidate will work well in a highly collaborative team environment and be comfortable tackling new, cutting edge issues. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and above all a team player. The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and superb writing and oral communications skills. Must be admitted to the New York State or Washington, D.C. Bar
