Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Exec Assistant, Enterprise Compliance, located in São Paulo, Brazil.

This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to the PR&O EMEA Manager within Enterprise Compliance, with a strong focus on Education programs in Commercial Excellence. You will help enable compliant and effective training delivery by coordinating activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a strong culture of integrity and continuous improvement while building foundational experience in compliance, education, and business operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the PR&O EMEA Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions. 

  • Coordinate logistics for compliance education programs, including training sessions, materials, and participant communications. 

  • Support the implementation of training and communication initiatives that reinforce compliance requirements and best practices. 

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, regulatory requirements, and compliance reporting. 

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials to support compliance education and stakeholder engagement. 

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense tracking, and general administrative activities to ensure team efficiency. 

  • Support cross-functional collaboration by tracking project milestones and ensuring timely communication across teams. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. 

  • Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all daily interactions and responsibilities. 

 

Qualifications 

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Compliance, or related field). 

  • Advanced degree or relevant certification preferred. 

Experience and Skills: 

Required: 

  • Typically 0–2 years of professional experience in administrative support, compliance, education, or related functions. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 

  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information. 

Preferred: 

  • Experience supporting training or education programs in a corporate or compliance environment. 

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance or regulated industries. 

  • Experience coordinating projects, meetings, or events. 

  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms. 

  • Exposure to data tracking, reporting, or basic analytics. 

  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and support execution. 

Other: 

  • Language: Spanish (fluent) and English (intermediate to advanced) required. 

  • Travel: Up to 10% (primarily regional, as needed). 

  • Certifications: Compliance, administrative, or project coordination certifications preferred but not required.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
