Job Description
The purpose of this classification is to perform data entry and clerical work functions and to maintain financial records for an assigned department.
This position will monitor departmental budgets and develop periodic financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of expenditures and compliance with established guidelines and assist with contract administration by maintaining contract records, tracking key dates, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
