GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Play a key leadership role in supporting the workforce that provides essential care and services to Wyoming's aging population. As a Human Resources professional for the Wyoming Department of Health's Aging Division, you will provide comprehensive HR management and consultation for three state-operated healthcare facilities, supporting approximately 208 employees. This position serves as a trusted advisor to managers, supervisors, and employees while helping shape a positive, compliant, and effective workplace culture.
