At PwC, our people in audit and assurance focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other assurable information enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information with a variety of stakeholders. They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls.

Those in internal audit at PwC help build, optimise and deliver end-to-end internal audit services to clients in all industries. This includes IA function setup and transformation, co-sourcing, outsourcing and managed services, using AI and other risk technology and delivery models. IA capabilities are combined with other industry and technical expertise, in areas like cyber, forensics and compliance, to address the full spectrum of risks. Responsibilities 

• Effectively working with stakeholders both internally and externally to the organization. 

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow 

• Should carry at least 1 mainline ServiceNow certification 

• Understand business requirements and implement technical requirements while working with standard design principles. 

• Expert with hands on ServiceNow ITBM, IRM or Sec-ops modules 

• Experience with ITSM, CSM and FSM modules on ServiceNow 

• Understanding of Client Scripts, Business Rules, Server-side scripting etc. 

• Experience on other ITSM tools a plus 

• Experience with Service Portal development or UI builder technology. 

• Experience with Flow designer or native workflow functionality of ServiceNow. 

• Experience in the delivery of IT Services to expected Service Levels. 

• Estimating development effort for requirements. 

• Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SecOps) 

• Setup, update, maintain MID servers for use by the ServiceNow platform 

• Primary technical effort is to mature and expand ServiceNow Discovery product which feeds the ServiceNow CMDB 

• Manage the process by which relationships are created and updated in the CMDB, such as key IT and business services and applications to servers and databases 

• Drive process optimization, efficiencies and productivity using automation 

• Act as a mentor to support less experienced colleagues

• Certified System Admin (CSA) 

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM 

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITOM/Event mgmt. 

• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CSM 

• Certified Application Developer 

• Micro certificate – Integration Hub fundamentals 

Mandatory Skill sets:

• Hands on experience in ServiceNow ITSM, IRM, Sec-ops  

• Experience in CMDB, SAM, Virtual Agent, Custom application development and JavaScript 

• Experience in the delivery of IT Services to expected Service Levels 

Preferred Skill sets:

• ITIL V3 Certification Preferred 

• Possess good interpersonal skills for written oral and face-to-face communication. 

• Ability to drive the team together considering all aspects
