Job Description

We are seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support our Company's Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program in the EMEA region. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure an effective internal control environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess business risks

  • Design, document, and maintain internal controls

  • Support remediation plans for deficiencies

  • Assist in compliance-related projects

  • Stay updated on regulatory developments

  • Coordinate SOX testing activities

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • 2-5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions

  • Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations

  • Strong analytical and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally
