The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working on innovations ranging from rocket engines and satellite systems to next-generation artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, robotics, and advanced software technologies. The successful candidate will possess the technical depth to engage credibly with engineers, scientists, and developers on complex technologies, while also demonstrating the professionalism and confidence to work directly with sophisticated clients and industry leaders.

The position offers substantial direct interaction with partners and clients, as well as unique opportunities that come from practicing within a truly global law firm. We foster an environment that emphasizes autonomy, trust, and professional growth. If selected, you will be empowered to take ownership of your work, contribute meaningfully from day one, and seize opportunities to develop your practice and client relationships.

This position may be eligible for a discretionary or an hours-based bonus, consistent with market practice. In addition, this position will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.

We will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable law, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance.
