This position is currently eligible for telework. This position is required to work in the office at least 1 day per week. This may change based on business needs.

Your opportunity at a glance
The WSLCB Information Technology Services Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for an IT Policy & Planning- Journey position at Olympia, WA. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in the WSLCB's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD).
Technology Business Management (TBM) is a collaborative value management framework that helps business align IT initiatives with overall business goals. The Technology Business Management Analyst (TBMA) position serves as a subject matter expert and consultant on industry best practices in IT service management and delivery capabilities.
The main purpose of this role is to position agency leadership with the knowledge and information needed to manage and communicate the cost, quality and value of IT services. This position focuses on performance and compliance in technology vendor management, software asset management and overall operational excellence through data analysis and results reporting against defined metrics designed to measure progress against strategic technology goals and objectives. This position drives process improvement efforts and works closely with technical teams to ensure our processes remain aligned with the evolving needs of the organization and its customers.
