Your role
We are currently hiring junior Lawyers to join our band-1 Disputes & Investigations practice at Allens.
If you are:
- Currently undertaking a Judge's associateship after starting a graduate role with a firm, and looking to return to private practice;
- Currently undertaking a Judge's associateship and considering a move to private practice;
- Currently completing graduate rotations, or have recently settled, in commercial litigation at a recognised firm and are interested in Allens;
We would love to hear from you! We're also open to hearing from anyone with similar experience and welcome expressions of interest.
If you are in your penultimate year of law school, we encourage you to explore our clerkship program which recently opened for applications.

These roles are permanent, full-time opportunities. At Allens we have a hybrid working structure, typically 60% in the office and 40% from home. We would be happy to discuss any other flexible working arrangements that best support you.
About you
You will have:
- One to two yearsโ experience as a lawyer in a large law firm or the courts.
- Experience, and a desire to specialise, in commercial litigation.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- A desire to learn and grow in a top tier law firm environment.
